ppl i talk to on the net always so how nice i seem to be and stuff... but IRL im told im mean and that i have an attitude... i will admit i am very moody.... i do have a hot temper and it get triggered very easliy.... even days im not i a mood and not being "mean" (as they say) ppl still say im mean and hae an attitude... i try i really do but its so hard ..i guess my tone isnt right or something cause even when im joking around ppl still think im havin an attitude..... i just wish i was liked better by ppl...... but guess before anyone can like me i have to put the barriers down.. idk..... im rambling sorry....

Is this something group therapy might help with? You could get feedback on how you come across to people and practice new ways of relating. Maybe you could get past whatever is causing you trouble IRL?
