Could anyone recommend a therapist who knows about pds? I dont mind if its a pdoc. It can be anywhere because it would be mostly phone sessions and I'm willing to travel.
I'm beginning to feel ready to try again.

thanks

Well, I have heard and also my expereince has been that a PhD.- psychologist is a good place to look for support.

It's not easy no matter what-- but-- I've been told if it's easy then you're not needing it or you're not accomplishing healing......

anyway, I wish you all the luck and please let us know how things go--K?

Thank you both so much. I value the support, and I definately want to keep you posted, having this I think makes it feel I'm less likely to get swept out to sea by the power of Ts.,
