Hi, I've been wondering about a war(put it like that) method where they make people mad in a long term.

Forexample, creating an online robot to post random fake stuff on instagram that fools normal people, and pisses of others who get mad when they see people liking fake stuff.

Something like soft war?

I don't know if it's my problem or there are other people too,

I'm a programmer, living in Iran, and if you might know, software companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple, ... have put some sanctions against Iranians that disallow us to access parts of their websites.

The thing is, we can relate some of the sanctions as they clearly give a message that Iranians can't access the page.
Some other sanctions are done in such ways:
When Iranians report a bug to Microsoft, no one responds (they can detect country by ip address). I mean they can just say we don't support you, sorry.

I feel like these actions are done out of some motivations. I don't know.

Any ideas what I'm suffering from? Schizophrenia, maybe?

let me get this straight so I answer what you are asking... you are a computer programmer but can not remember what the name of the software is for when fake ads, fake articles and other mass postings of ads and articles are....

and you are wondering if internet robotic software for ads and articles is schizophrenia...

no its not schizophrenia problem. internet robotic software is real, not a hallucination or delusion. the term for it is internet bots. if you look in your computer programming manual or google the words internet bots and what they do, you will see that they are real and it does happen. scammers, spammers and people who want to get their information, websites and articles seen use bots to post to a wide range of people. I think of bots like the daily mail that a postman delivers to my mailbox at the end of my side walk. theres the mail I am looking forwards to seeing and then theres all this junk mail that I throw into the recycling bin in my garage.

you can relax internet bots are real, not hallucinations or delusions.
