R - Relationship instability
A - Angry outbursts, affective instability, abandonment fears
I - Impulsive behavior, identity disturbance
S - Suicidal behavior
E - Emptiness

Thought it might help sum people if not well it always good to to c, I saw it on wikipedia.

That's a good way to sum it up. Hard for me to use praise for bpd, as much as it's sucking me up right now. i find it interesting. i'm also curious if it's been enough time for me to post agian...

Yeah, uh, I just don't get what the acronym has to do with the symptoms expressed.

There is nothing to "praise" about suffering from BPD.

Whoever put this on Wikipedia is an idiot! Doesn't say much about Wikipedia, either.

Am I missing a point here that is not so obvious?

I took it as meaning that "praise" is more helpful than judgement and criticism. But I also think that has to come from inside. As one charming Just Saw This. doctor said to me "we can talk til the cows come home Just Saw This. Substitute "praise" for "talk".. Maybe slightly less stupid and meaningless.
Ugh. No clue reallly.
