I do actually. He has extreme emotions, anger, rage, love, and they all can change at the drop of a hat. He gets lost in endless explanations of what he thinks happened in situations and goes over details endlessly to the point of aggravation where I can't think straight. If ONE detail doesn't match up to what he has heard he flips.
What do you mean you went to the post office? you said you dropped off something in a mail box! get your story straight! I did talk to him about the relationship. I said I just I can't do it anymore unless he gets help. |

He may something called borderline personality disorder (Wikipedia link) /emotionally unstable personality disorder. (National Education Alliance link.)
What was his response? Did he indeed accept your opinion and get help or rejected the idea? Patients with psychiatric illness (as opposed to psychological illness, like anxiety and depression) have their brain malfunctioning and are usually not aware of their condition unless highly intelligent. By themselves, of course. If "one detail doesn't match up", think I think he may be a neurotic perfectionist or have obsessive compulsive disorder. About the whole backlogging thing, you do not seem to be sure yourself. Calm down. We have no sure method of knowing. |
