Sorry if this is the incorrect forum for this!

I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with this? Ive felt for a while that I have the signs of EUPD, however I don't display my behavior outwards (I will display it inwards by taking out on myself, especially my anger or other intense emotions).. I'm fearful of making the next step, I'm not sure how to start the diagnosis (I live in the UK).

Has anyone here been diagnosed with this?

Hi @MangoPassion welcome to MSF. I am sorry that you have been diagnosed with EUPD. I had to google that one Emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD)

How does that affect your life? I am not sure how that compares with regular other personality disorders.
