So not sure if this is something or not, in the process of figuring how to go about a neurological exam.

So sometimes I feel like there's more than one of me. A bit of background, I had an identical twin and I mean identical not in looks but biologically at a cellular level. She had cancer and needed 2 bone marrow transplants. That's where I come in perfect match. Her whole sys wiped out. All blood cells and plasma straight from me. Identical. She's dead now 6yrs.

I have a part of me the fun pothead funny Smurf. Riley the very serious one and then the way I feel most of the time, extremely volatile. I think there was another side to me in hs. I wrote a lot of stories and poems. But I read them now and I'm like what the F! I don't remember writing it or how twisted and messed up it is but it's all in my handwriting.

Does anyone have a clue or a guess or opinion? I know no one can diagnose here and I'm not asking. Are there others like me?

Riley's not serious she wild. She goes to the bar gets wasted dances with all the women and usually leaves with them. She makes boyfriends and husbands either really excited or super pissed. Then Riley is gone and I deal with those who won't back off.

Have you seen a professional about this? Only a professional can diagnose you.

I would say this sounds a lot like DID (dissociative identity disorder, formerly known as multiple personality disorder) but I don't think you should start researching anything until you've seen a professional. To get the most accurate diagnosis, you know?

But if you decide to research it anyway you should be looking under dissociative disorders, not personality disorders.

I have a T, just haven't mentioned it. Riley and smurf aren't allowed out. Paranoia is too much for smurf so no more bud. And Riley geez she's wild she doesn't go to bars anymore since she pulled a knife. She comes to paint with me sometimes but that's only if I drink.

It's a strain controlling it all. My eyes and body are always tired but my nervous system feels like it's on fire! Constantly going. It doesn't shut down even when I sleep. I always say I don't sleep much and I don't think I do. I fall asleep at 10 and get up at 530 but I'm up sometimes 3 or more times a night.
