i havent been in therapy for years. how do you even get started i really need to start again or its going to be an er visit. but how do you even pick where to start. and what if i dont have anyone that treats bpd? any suggestions.

You have come to the wright place. I have the answer's for you. Are you in America, If not you are @hit out of luck. Just kidding. I am feeling a little amped up. Yeah just call the state mental health sytem, if you want tosee tem soon sound a little desperate, but not too,or they will come to your door and pick you up. They will set you upwith a therapist, when you see him or her ask them about bpd, if you aren't satisfied with them ask them if theyknow. The word of mouth is the best way to finda therapist upyou alley. I am sorry about words together.My keyboard is getting sticky. If I don't pound the key it would space. So just let your fingers do the walking, go to mental health in the yellow and you will be goodto go. Take care, Greg
