confusion is a very uncomfortable place to awake to... take some time and relax as best you can and be kind to yourself.. you're going to need lots of it...
others here have tons of info and there's links at the top of your screen with further info.. bpd is not my specialty so i'm sure other sufferers will have more info about the available treatments.. social anxiety i have a bit of experience with.. we probably spend a bit of our lives wanting to be accepted, or maybe we are in a different group and do the non accepting ourselves.. either way its a scrape against the smooth inner spirit we want to develop and so it is both annoying and troublesome... patience with ourselves and others is really the best way... this process takes time and we may never leave it.. but thats ok cause its about having better health and im sure all of us are here for that reason.. its one that can make life real and long, good, and enjoyable for us.. its a good goal ![]() |
