I am so paranoid.. It drives me crazy. I think everyone in against me. They all want to see me fail. They all talk about me when I am not there. They are always watching me, I used to have every window in my house covered, worried that someone is watching. I have talked to my therapist about it, they gave my meds... i do not like the meds, they make me a zombie. And when I am a zombie i dont care about anything, i cant, my meds wont let me and they make me slurr my speech (people think i am drunk.) I try to keep my mind busy so that i dont get so paranoid about everything, but that does not always work.
aaahhhh, being paranoid sucks

You might think this is a stupid suggestion, but you might try taking martial arts courses and becoming an expert in that area. The more powerful you are, both on the inside and on the outside, the less it will matter what other people think of you.

I too am paranoid and take meds for it, at first they made me slur my words but as I got used to them that side affect stopped, you may need to either wait it out or have the meds altered in some way.
