Babe, can you describe in words whats actually happening?
Are you on meds? Are you in therapy? What level of danger are you in? Please get emergency help if you need it........a crisis help line would probably be a good start. We are here........sorry it took so long to reply to you.......we do care and want to see you get help....... Without knowing whats actually going on, I can only send you a big  and let you know that this WILL pass.........but safety first.....Hold on and have faith........we are with you
