Jme, MINIME, but PTSD doesn't stand alone as a diagnosis...
Depression among other things go hand in hand. Usually, treatment protocol is set up for the whole spectrum. Have you checked with your physician to let him know you are willing to go inpatient for treatment? I'm assuming the "res" in the title means residential. In the meantime, please keep posting... If you're willing to try Canada, Homewood in Guelph has a trauma program that has a reasonably good reputation. It's residential.
