from my empowerment thread... I used a self guided imagry technique to go back to that house of horrors and torch it to the ground. Although the real house stands unharmed, i obliterated the house and every trigger connected to it! I am so pleased with myself! Hope it stays dead. Explained this to my annoying cousin and he was just crazy enough to put me back on facebook...family is afterall family. I have also chosen a new place to put my remaining issues that is really safe... Yep, you know that ring around satturn? I figure a few remaining issues will be safe up there among the cosmic dust...cousin cannot get there and i personally have no emotional ties to the place!

thanks for sharing as it's reminded me of things I had forgotten that I could do for myself...
