(((((((furry paws)))))))
posted some ideas for catherine
i'm sure you could borrow them--they are free
don't be so hard on yourself
breathe
walk barefoot in the garden
hug a tree and draw pictures on it with chalk
love to draw with chalk on the side walk.....or fence or anything
it washes off.......
Thanks for this!

Do you mean in the context of being "childlike and free", Fuzzy?

Because if thats what you mean, I have no idea, babe......I have just started day dreaming in the last year and "fantasizing"........hard at first but now I make sure I put time aside for it......

As for the play part.......it will come in time, I hope.....

Take care babe and apologies if I am off track......

Big hugs,

Michah

Furry Paws...White Iris is right!! Sidewalk chalk is wonderful!! When my grandson is over...we draw over the entire driveway...we play Kung FU Panda with swimming noodles...we walk in the garden and I let him pick things that aren't ready to be picked yet...we "pretend fish" in the koi pond....Do you have a child in your life that you could do things with? JMO...but...it put's life back in perspective for me to be around him.. He is so innocent and untouched by life's "bad" things...

If you don't...well...sidewalk chalk is still fun when your home alone!! LOL

Be willing to give it a go, the results can be wonderful!

Getting an old fashioned bottle of bubbles and blow till you feel good.

Read some Dr. Seuss books and let your imagine take you away.

Yes! On the chalk and drawing on anything

I'll share more about what I've been doing to play when I'm rested up...it's been a helluva good time the past few days

In Peace...
