I found the Grounding skills chat really helpful thankyou.
I've been trying things out. So far I've been imagining Care bears playing in a chocolate waterfall  its hard work and sometimes i cant do it but practise makes perfect or so im told. Thankyou it really helped me the other night thanks everyone
