I've been over on the bipolar forum for about a month now, and I thought I'd stop in here. I'm going to be starting therapy in a month with a therapist who specializes in PTSD, anxiety and has some CBT training, and now that my meds for the bipolar have been sorted out for the most part, I'll be starting to work on the PTSD issues. I'm scared and excited at the same time. I have tried therapy in the past, but most therapists just sat there and said "uh-huh, uh-huh, I see, what do you think about that?" So they weren't much help. I repeated my stories over and over until I was blue in the face but nothing changed. I'm hoping the new therapist will be more helpful. Anyhow, hello, and I will be around.

Hi again---was just reading some of your blog--well, first, I was intrigued by your quote from one of my all time favorites "The Hours" then I looked closely at the kitty and what it said- and got my laugh of the day-thank you!!!
Anyway, was reading some of your blog, wow, your "Chuck" is really a basket case with this new girl-huh? She must be really threatened by you to be giving him such a hassle over even coming over to sign divorce papers.....she's scared of you.

He's just putty in her hands ......for now. ((((((hugs))))))

Postscript: I love
Virginia Wolf-you too?--"A Room of One's Own"?
Thanks for this!

He definitely has big issues, and from what I know of her, she does too. I'll be thrilled when the divorce is final! What a mess! On my blog there is a post that explains the whole thing in more detail if you're interested: http://jennikj.blogspot.com/2010/02/...st-friend.html

I've never read anything by Virginia Woolf actually; I the movie The Hours and I've always meant to read some of her work. I need to get to the library one of these days and check out some of her books.
