gosh thats such an awful place to be, and I am so so sorry for what happend.

I cant tell you what to do, but I can tell you that it would be wise to tell the truth, you could get into an awful lot of trouble for hiding the truth. In the UK its something called "perverting the course of justice" and you can also get into quite a bit trouble for that.

But you really should not take the blame for something that you did not do.

It was an awful accident and it wasnt your fault.

*hugs*

Do you have an attorney? If not, find one.

Best of luck.

Once you have an atty, tell them what you shared herewand ask them what your options are. Then you will know what to do.

tina101, I agree with the others. Find yourself a good attorney and get this sorted out.

Good luck.
