hi...i don't know where i should post this, so i'm just going to post it here. i was dx with PTSD about a year ago and i thought i'd try to meet some people who might understand what i'm going through a bit better than the friends i used to have. i hope this is the case.

Hi Shadowdancer
Welcome! I was diagnosed with PTSD-complex last fall-- I finally stayed with therapy long enough this time for someone to figure me out! Glad you found us. Hope to hear more about how you're doing and any concerns you may have through your posts-- you can also PM me anytime. Mandy |

I was dx about 3 months ago with PTSD and severe social anxiety. This is a great place to come and get support from people similarly situated. I look forward to getting to know you!

 you'll find alot of relation here. you're not alone! alot of us understand and live with PTSD. i also live with DID. post or pm anytime! warm thoughts.
