Hey everyone. I am glad I found this site. I am trying to work through repeated abuse when I was younger. I am having a hard time right now with flashbacks and nightmares. I am looking forward to having people who understand what I am going through right now. I have a therapist that I really like that is helping me. Just wanted to say hi to everyone.

Although it is up to us to do the work it makes such a difference to have a therapist we like. Glad you've found someone you like to work with and are taking the time to heal yourself.

Welcome.
