Hey I'm a real person and not trying to post an official advertisement for anyone or commpany. I've been up late tonight, its about 3am. I couldn't sleep for obvious reasons (ptsd and other issues.) I was online and read about this application for Android and Iphone. Its called PTSD coach, allthough its designed by the Veterans Administration it really helped me out, maybe it can help some other people out in the forums. It has breathing excercises and pretty good advice and educational information. It also has a stress meter and what not it's pretty neat. Anyways I'm off to sleep, I hope it helps other people as much as its helped me. Good night psych central.

Oh here's a link to it

I LOVE this app! I like being able to track my symptoms over time--there's a graph that shows how I severe my symptoms have been over the last few months. Some of the manage symptoms tools are really helpful (deep breathing and progressive relaxation especially). The same folks also created another app called "Breathe2Relax" that has a breathing exercise, too.

I thought it was just for people with combat ptsd, although I'm a former Marine I don't have that form of it. Its such a good application. After reading your response I am looking foward to using it even more.
