Hey guys
 There is a PTSD chat taken place on Monday nights at 8:00 pm like in 20 min. Ya'll can come and sit and listen or talk but the bottom line is having a "live chat" where you can be supported and support. That's all no more or no less unless someone has something positive to add. Looking for ideas things you may like to talk about. I hope to see yall in 19 min.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
