group therapy was interesting today. We hardly EVER talk about anything mental health related and this time we did a little bit. This kid Alex was joking around with this other guy and saying you were probably molested and raped, etc. It brought me back memories from when i was raped. Then this other kid David brought up the fact how his father is mentally abusive, physically, emotionally, verbally, etc, etc...it then made me think of my father and what an idiot he can be. heh. Then it made me think of those thoughts/images i have been having about him beating me, giving me black eyes and broken bones, etc..not good i guess. lol. i was about to cry today in group therapy, i wanted to scream so loud and leave. the rest of my day was pretty much horrible after that. heh. but then my therapist came and sat with me and my friends at lunch and started to talk to us, etc. so i liked that. haha, :P anyways, yeh...nobody has to reply i just wanted to say something...lol...thanks.
