Someone suggested the chat as advice to one of my posts.... when does the group chat here?

Hi patricia! I'm not sure which post you are referring to... but DocJohn has a weekly Q & A chat he directs on Tuesday at 9pm EDST. Other than that, chat rooms are ALWAYS open here.

FYI at the top of the page, the second task bar down you will see
Main Index | Chat (Soc, Sup, 0) | Inbox | Who's Online | FAQ | Calendar | Photos | Blogs


The Chat button will take you into the Psych Central chat room. Clicking on the Soc will take you into the Social Chat room, and Sup will take you directly to the Support chat room. The number (seen as 0 right now, because no one is in any chat room) tells you how many members are in chat. If you click on that number (when there is someone) a small window will pop up that will tell you WHO is in chat, in all of the rooms.

Sometimes, especially when someone is in dire need of Support, they will go into the support room and wait for another to notice them and come in. But we do that also for the other fun rooms... help yourself! Good chatting!
