Hey,
I know this has probably been covered but i have to get a dentist appointment, can't take the pain any longer but me and the dentist ends in me on a train with very few memories. Any tips so maybe i could stay calm enough to remain in control of myself? Apart from the usual, that is.

I have to take zanax just for a cleaning. I panic 3-4 days in advance then get an upset stomach then spend alot of time in the bathroom. (W/ potty issues) It's just easier to take zanax. Gas for dental work plus zanax and anything major I go to the oral sergon because they have good meds.
Thanks for this!

(((Crazylife))),

This is not an unusual problem, many people struggle to go to the dentist. I wish I could remember but I did read or hear of dentists that have ways of working around this issue.

Have you told your dentist about this? Have you tried gooling it, because you may get access to whatever it was I read that they are doing now for that.

If you do find good info, please share.
