Anyone ever feel so choked with memories you can barely speak?

yes, I have many times . . . psych doc said I appeared alexithymic . . . whatever.

Yup. during this past 5 years of therapy many times all I could say to my therapists was - "Its hard to explain" because the words just were not there for the question they were asking about. Hang in there.

My memories make me panic and them freeze... I am have just had a bad flashback last week that kept me crazed for a couple of days...

Mine can make me want to cut myself (I don't) or scream or drive the car off the road into a violent cataclysm. After that, in my fantasy, I do not have responsibility for myself or anything.
