I have a problem all the while I was growing up. My father used to tell me I would never amount to anything. Even my blood relatives thought I was a piece of %#@&#!, and would never amount to anything. My T was working with me on WED and i have a hard time not thinking bad of myself I think she got frustrated with me.

Hang in there.... YOU will need to retrain the negative thoughts that have been placed in your body by other people, thru their comments.... YOU are WORTHY and YOU will be WHOLE again.

It's easy to feel we frustrate our Ts, but a good T doesn't get frustrated. It isn't about them, it's about us. It's also easy to resist and retort when they say something positive or encouraging. growing up Maybe saying something like, "You know I have trouble believing that... but I want to.." or such... will help your T know where you're at in this. TC.
