Hello,

I am attaching PTSD to the already running Dissociative Disorders group chat. Because even though I have to deal with alters because I have alters, I still totally understand those that have PTSD because PTSD is in the Dissociative Disorders Spectrum. We can all meet in the middle. I suffer with all the ill effects of PTSD as others do.

There are several people who have DDNOS or DD amnesia that do not have parts or alters.

If you want to know about what chat will be on tonight head over to the Chat Announcements and you can see what were going to be talking about.

For all those suffering from PTSD maybe we'll get to see you and learn something from you or vice versa.

Peace and in healing..........Crew
Thanks for this!

Thanks for the info....

I have not been going in chats and not getting the extra support i need.

Is it okay to spend time there and not talk too muchor will people feel like I am lurking?

Thanks, Crew
