And I felt good about it -- Nothing big, I had stopped at a store after the gym, and I got to my next stop about 10 minutes away, and realized that I had left my favorite gloves behind in the shopping card. Ordinarily, it would have started a cascade reaction of self-recrimination. But, I just tried to stay calm, and remind myself that just because I forgot a pair of gloves doesn't mean I'm the world's worst excuse for a human being ever. I just turned around, went back, and said to myself that, they are probably gone, but it is OK, I will accept it and move on. And not beat myself up over something as trivial as gloves.

Proud of myself for doing that. And, I guess God was looking out for me, they were still in the cart, right where I had left it in a very busy parking lot.

Congratulations! A big step, really. For everyone, trying to remember that simple things...are simple can be such a struggle. Well done, dear.
Thanks for this!

WELL DONE!! And DON'T underestimate your achievement!! From what you've said that sounds like a very BIG step for you. Hold on to it and try to pull on it, and the strength it took, next time you're finding something difficult. Every single step/every single achievement counts no matter what.
Respect.
