My T says my not feeling autonomous and therefore getting scared of obligations (in form of appointments, because I feel like I "belong" to the person I made an appointment with), is because of early childhood problems with my mother before I was 3 years old when autonomy is developed.

I guess it could be true, I donīt have much memory.
Or could it simply be a PTSD thing..? After all in a traumatic situation youīre not in charge anymore and all power is taken away too...?

Unless you have a reason to believe that your T is right, I would lean towards it being a PTSD thing.
