Does anyone suffer from grief induced ptsd? I do and I find it very hard to battle the flashbacks.

I have never experienced that but I can imagine it must be difficult. Have you discussed this with your doctor or therapist?

Have you looked up "complicated grief disorder"? My therapist told me I had that too and to look it up so he could talk about it with me.

are you sure its not traumatic grief?

did the grief trigger a previous trauma?

you still have to have experienced a certain kind of trauma in order to have PTSD.
