I finally had my pdoc apt at the VA(i'm a vet) and he wants me to get a lil more clean/sober time under my belt. Sober for a month now, but he wants 90 days before scheduling cbt or dbt therapy/groups. I get it. I had a bad time w/the hard stuff for a while. Was clean for some time but I'm coming off a nasty relapse. Just an update.
