I've had an extreme startle response since my husband and I have been together, 17 years. Recently he's been complaining about it. I have scared him with it several times. He said I was going to cause him to wreck while driving

have you been getting enough sleep recently, just that I'm more easily startled when I haven't had much sleep

I'm actually getting pretty decent sleep. But your right, when I'm not sleeping well, it is bad.
I just looked into biofeedback. I 've had it and not known it. I remember being in the hospital for weeks when I was about 10. I had 2 EEG's in a month. I always thought I cracked at age 12. Can't believe I never looked up EEG. My husband and I used to joke about my reactions. I guess he's just sick of it. |
