Might sound like a silly question, my mind stores traumatic memories from physical symptoms of an impending anxiety/panic attack, could be due to a full blown panic/anxiety attack from last time when i was young and it sometimes keep replaying and reliving the symptoms when something trigger me/or when i think or scare myself with it
Could this be a result of PTSD? I haven got myself diagnosed yet. |

I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL ... However, I would say that the PTSD was already present and then whenever you get triggered or caught up in a flashback it serves to retraumatize and aggravate the PTSD that's already present.
Again, I am not a professional, and until you get properly diagnosed the feedback you get here may or may not prove helpful for you. I do wish you the best though ... PTSD / C-PTSD & Anxiety & Panic Attacks are awful things to have to live with, however, with the correct diagnosis and treatments, their symptoms can be greatly reduced and life become more manageable and enjoyable in spite of it. Sincerely, Pfrog! ![]() |
