If any of you know what's been going on at work, you'll know it's been very stressful. I've been reassigned to work in an office environment, which means for the past month iceI've had to wear "girl clothes"... business casual and dress shoes.

Today I'm taking my yearbook photo, the department puts one out once every 16 years, so today I'm back in my uniform. I'm having some really mixed emotions about that. I'm glad to be out of the dress clothes, but I hate my usual department and co-workers so much that this uniform is stressing me out. I don't know if that makes sense.

Hello Superheroine: I read your previous post with regard to your work. So, yes, this makes sense. Hope things begin to settle down for you soon.

AW, superheroine...yes, I'm familiar with the other situations you are going through too. This must really suck today. I imagine it's very depressing and in a way traumatizing. I hope you get through it alright.

Thanks for this!

Therapy on Monday started the high anxiety. Then the uniform on Wednesday kicked it into a higher gear. I managed to make it through the day, with the help of some coloring and extra klonopin. I managed to wear the uniform the rest of the week too. Just kept telling myself that wearing it doesn't mean I'm going back to that job, it's just a shirt and pants. I'm still on edge. Not sure when this is going to ease up.
