For those of you who have been wondering about what is going on with stuff in my life. I talked to the deputy county attourney and they are not going to charge him with that kind of assault. But as they cited the guy, they are going to charge him with 3rd degree assault, which only means probation, but it is better than nothing. We are also going to try to go for restitution from my surgery and stay. So things are looking a little better that way. I am going to IOP which is Intensive Outpatient Program and it's helping but I have a feeling I need more. So I am going to try to go to a hospital that is a center for trauma based disorders. I think it will help me. Anyway I just wanted to update. Thank you everyone.

Thank you everyone for being so supportive. I did find out that there is a warrant for his arrest and that he is a fugitive now. So I guess I will have to see what happens. Well thank you all again, it has been very good to have someone supportive. I need all of the support I can get right now. I am so scared and everything. I am working on getting better, but see I still have an open wound because my incision got infected. I have to go to the hospital everyday and I have been for over 9 weeks. I see the doctor tomorrow, my incision though is still about 2 inches deep, maybe more. I am also not really healing right now because I am physically ill. So that sure does not help anything. Well thank you everyone and I do appreciate it.

Jennifer,

I'm sorry for your troubles, but good for you for pursuing the help you think you need.

I will pray that you find the help you need, and are able to stay safe in the future.

It sounds like someone took advantage of your disorder. I'm sorry. The charges

Feel free to PM if you think I can help in anyway.

Hugs,

EJ

You're in my thoughts often.
