I'm not sure whether to tell my therapist because I don't want him to accidentally give me suggestions.
I'm talking with him about some "minor adult sexual trauma." By talking I mean very slow baby steps no details. I generally don't remember my childhood but lately I have been having a slight of a memory that keeps coming in (like my parents sending me to another city by car by someone they know). But that's the extent of that memory so far. I'm not sure out of all things I'm thinking about this. Is it possible that I'm putting this in my head? Does anyone have similar experiences? What was it like for you? |

I don't know as I have anything exactly like this.
