From everything that happened. I get these phantom pains that hit me, seemingly out of nowhere. Mostly in my wrist but also in on the side of my head, lower abdomen that I know were hurt at that time. I also get a lot of pain in my chest and my left shoulder, too but I think that's just stress.

Does anyone else suffer from body flashbacks like this where you get phantom pain?

I often get phantom pains similar to what you describe. I have attributed some of them to nerve damage in my spine, but given how that damage was attained maybe I should rethink things. I can relate to the sudden onset of unexplained pain, for example feeling like my arm just got broke though it was 30 years ago.
Thanks for this!
