It's started to occur to me i suffer from PTS. I'm bipolar leaning more to the hypomanic side for some extra background

It became really apparent to me tonight trying to watch the Broncos game at my moms' house. The intense anger and language from my brother and her is the first stressor for heart attack levels of anxiety, then she starts stomping yer feet cursing and i have to walk away attempt to not pull my hair out.

She used to pound/stomp on the floor to get me to come out of the basement to scream at me, fight with my brother and i... lots of fun. Generally drunk and not admitting that's the only reason i'm being yelled at

I have serious alcohol addictions, and really have for around 16 years. I'm only 30... finishing up day 14 of being dry currently. If the LQs and bats could hurry up and close it'd be great

I'll go into more in ensuing posts, but for the sake of brevity i'll leave it here for now

It also could be that you have an anxiety issue and not PTSD, to know for certain you would have to see a psychologist/psychiatrist.
