I don't normally come to this forum but I thought that I would hang out here for support tonight (this morning). I have an upcoming anniversary this week and I'm worried that an episode is coming on. I wanted to call or text my therapist today but it was Saturday. I feel like I'm slipping through the portal to my "alternate universe." Fighting to stay present.

I think it would be a good idea to text your therapist to let her know that you're struggling. She may be able to give you a few minutes of her time----sometimes that's all it takes, is a few minutes, as a therapist may give you a specific skill to focus on in order to stay grounded.
I also think its a good idea that you've posted here to get support! |
