Psychiatrist confirmed my diagnosis plus severe recurring major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks today. I'm starting prozac and clonidine. I'm hopeful that it will help.

I had some panic at the office again while waiting for my appointment and my blood pressure shot up to 175/105. It's usually 130/70. I am glad though that they had evidence of what I struggle with.
