Honestly, I know what you mean, been there myself. It's important to get therapy and the therapy can last for quite some time until you slowly figure out the major themes to your personal traumatic injury and can not only mourn/grieve it but slowly work on ways to begin helping yourself slowly gain more control over it. Each person is different depending on what is involved in their history.
