To get over things that hurt me. They just linger and so does the pain. It is hard to get a little ahead and then just feel knocked back by some hurtful event. Struggling for sure to keep on getting up . Still trying but discouraging.

It does linger...but it doesn't define us. You define you. Take the negative with a grain of salt and instead, focus on what is positive, even if it's just waking up. It's a new day, another chance.
