With my PTSD I refuse to be stuck in the past again. I wont let it suck me back into that. I've been doing really well with it lately. Even though I did have some intrusive thoughts 2 days ago while dropping movies back at Blockbuster.

2 guys were standing outside a store, and for some reason I felt on gaurd. Even guys in front of the movie store. I pictured someone following me and my BF home and doing a home invasion, hurting me, hurting him.

That kind of things has not happened in a long time. I hate when I have those what I named 'daydreams' I was constantly looking in the mirror and seeing if any cars followed us when we turned corners.

I didn't tell my BF that obviously, no need for him to know.

Once I was in the house and the door was locked I did feel better.

Hate when that happens.
