I keep having these new visions, and they are horrible

Possible trigger:

a woman, usually in her 50's or 60's, is standing over me when I'm sitting in a bath

then, with all her strength, she pushes my head underwater, leaves me to struggle for a while, then reaches in with her fingers and starts to strangle me leaving me for dead.

it happens quite often, and it's quite scary

I don't know where it came from- A I take showers and not baths, and B, all my abusers are under the age of 50

my mother's turning 50 this month, but that still can't explain it

Possible trigger:

unless, what I am seeing, is something my mother would like to do to me if she got the chance. that does happen a lot

still, the women don't look like her

they look like, well, most of them look like they hold authority (like a manager or something)

I don't know about these.

Sounds miserable. I'm sorry you go through this.

I've found that many of my visions are more metaphorical. Like, maybe the woman is so old for a reason that's not so literal. I don't know what it'd be.

Other ones are spot on and literal, and that's how I know it's a flashback for either me or one of the others.
