Hi fellow sufferers,

Since my trauma in healthcare I have felt like this. I didn't know there was word for it. Does anyone else relate to this?

Misanthropy: "Misanthropy is the general hatred, dislike, distrust or contempt of the human species or human nature."

I believe it runs in line with the loss of faith in humanity piece of trauma / ptsd.

Thanks,
HD7970ghz

Hey HD79
I suffer from the same. I believe that it is a common symptom among those suffering from PTSD.

I have been having these feelings. I lean more towards being a misandrist and hating all men and feeling like they're solely driven by sexual desire, but that doesn't stop me from realizing women are often just as awful and being generally distrusting of everyone.

I've grown to feel unsafe in the world and like there's only a few good people in this world, and they're likely bound to suffer for it.

I think I might suffer from a touch of this, especially in regards to employment and the work place. Not complete but I think it definitely affects me.
