Anybody here dome emdr? Was it helpful? Im really scared i might remember something i cant handle. Do forgotten memories come up?

I have done it.

I think it can be a different experience for each person.It did help me with a specific trauma.And it did bring back memories for me,but at the time I was pretty stable and ready to handle what came up.

You won't know how it will work for you until you give it a try.

Have you discussed your concerns about it?It might be a good idea to ahead of time.
