Also because of the trauma i feel afraid all the time. How can regain some sense of security?
I have tried art therapy..like repainting painful images.. but what else can be done?

Well... I don't know if I have any useful suggestions here. But I noticed you had 3 posts that, so far at least, had gone unreplied to. So I thought I would reply to at least one of them.

From what you wrote in the 3 posts I read, it sounds as though you are continuing to struggle with the aftereffects of trauma. You mentioned you've done art therapy. One additional practice that seems to come highly recommended is journaling. I don't know if you've pursued anything like that.
