Every year I hope it'll be different and I won't get triggered for Xmas, and every year it's the same thing...

Triggered again...

Anybody else? What was the initial abuse? What's re-infecting the wound now?

I'm sorry Christmas is triggering for you. No... there's nothing particularly triggering about Christmas for me. I left Christmas behind years ago. It's just another day for me...

That's what I want and I feel so stupid, I know what to do, just have nothing to do with it, but my wife...every year I plead with her to just go easy on me as xmas time is an open wound for me, and every year she tests my patience and I melt down. This year is no different.
