Hi all,

When I am retraumatized I have alot of nightmares and I have bedwetting accidents. I wear diapers to cope with trauma but I feel ashamed.

Anyone relate?

Thanks,
HD7970GHZ

I'm sorry you are struggling with this. I can't really relate to it directly. However I underwent prostate surgery years ago. (I was relatively young to have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.) And since that time I have had my own incontinence issues. So I know something about that. It took me quite a long time to feel comfortable going to the drug store to purchase incontinence protection. It's still not something I relish doing.
