Some days a fine but today is one of those days where my brain feels overloaded like every noise is like overload to try and listen or concentrate on, on these days I just feel like screaming and I don't drive on these days. For me writing helps the most or praying. Anyone got any tips?

![]() I am sorry that nobody has hugged your post. I have not been around at all for a while. I also noticed just now that nobody ''clicked'' hugs to your post either. For that I am sorry. Since to some people, a simple hug can mean a lot. It means that another human being has acknowledged our pain, imo. Please know that it is not because nobody cares. I too have been overwhelmed of late. I doubt if I am completely alone in that. And if I am, that is ok too. I have been aware that I have not been as supportive of late (and that is one of the things I am ''good at''... being genuinely supportive, and also listening. Since my foo told me repeatedly I am ''no good and not good at anything'' I do what I can, when I can. Sorry about the long rant. I hope you're feeling a bit better today. Keep posting if it helps at all. ![]()

As you said in your other post, writing definitely helps.
Here on pc, the more you participate, sometimes the more you are likely to receive a response, or a hug. Also, I wonder if you have tried blogging?
